Digital Product Nature

All products and services offered by Luvbee Moments are digital in nature — including digital wedding invitations, event websites, and related digital content. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a design has been delivered or a link has been activated, we are unable to offer returns in the traditional sense.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The order was cancelled before design work or customization has commenced.
• A technical error on our end prevented delivery of the agreed product.
• The final delivered product significantly differs from what was agreed at the time of order.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The digital invitation or event website has already been delivered and/or the link has been shared.
• Customization work has already begun based on information provided by the customer.
• The request is due to a change of mind after design has started.
• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong names, dates, or details).

Revisions & Corrections

We offer a reasonable number of revisions as part of our service. If there is an error in the design caused by us, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your invitation if you notice any issues.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Refunds are handled through PayHere, our payment gateway partner.
